The durability of items plays an important role on Skyblock. For many resources like wood or stone, but also for defeating monsters or harvesting fields, equipment such as pickaxes, axes, swords, and hoes are essential. Since these tools break quickly and manufacturing new items consumes time, resources, and money, there are other ways to maintain your equipment besides classic methods like crafting or the anvil.
Next to the anvil, this is the simplest form of repair and is suitable for both beginners and advanced players. At Ferdinand Fix, who is located on the right in the smithy in the Island Village, you can repair equipment directly for Coins. The price is based on the value of the item as well as its remaining durability and continues to rise with each repair performed.

Items that have already been combined or repaired several times are generally worth less because their further combination or repair costs increase with every process. When trading enchanted items on our server, you can see exactly how many times an item has already been processed at the anvil by looking at the anvil wear. The higher the wear, the less the item is usually worth, as items with high wear cannot be easily repaired or enchanted further.

To completely renew items, a repair upgrade can be applied. This is a smithing template from the blacksmith chest. It can be applied to any item in the smithing table to completely renew it. All enchantments are preserved, while all values such as anvil wear and durability are reset to their original state. This is especially worthwhile if an item has already been processed frequently in the anvil or if the item is to be equipped with further enchantments.

Combine the repair upgrade with a tool in the smithing table to completely renew it and reset its durability, repair costs, and anvil wear. Existing enchantments are preserved during this process.
